Russell Munz graduated Cornell University where he studied business management, real estate and property management.  As an Army Captain, he learned how the military uses forms and checklists to standardize procedures for consistent results. Resources from both of these experiences benefit his clients.

Russell was co-owner of a management company in Fairfield County CT.  He started as the sole property manager in 2001, grew the business to a staff of 41 – serving over 4,200 community homes & commercial tenants.

Now he and his team at Community Financials help condo communities and homeowner associations nationwide with monthly accounting services to collect, protect and report on association funds.

Russell has served as an expert witness in court on property management issues. He has written over 15 published articles for community association & property management magazines. He has spoken publicly about property management topics at 18 different events to over 1,000 people. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Russell is a licensed Community Association Manager as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Russell lives in Osprey, Florida with his wonderful wife Ruthie and their son.
